Text has no concept of a release — a boolean flips master live. Port the audio pipeline's "blessed checkpoint" idea to text with an additive release tag on rendered_content.

The real product is a server, not a dashboard. Stand an API next to the bare git repos that reads them directly at any SHA, re-checks every head commit, and answers Bible-domain questions over the live working area — not just over what's published.
